Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
If using a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as outlined at checkout or in your client agreement.
Due to the nature of our offerings (coaching, retreats, and digital programs), all sales are final and non-refundable.

Retreats: Waiver & Responsibility
By registering for a Renew Retreat or related event, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own well-being throughout the experience.
You agree to release and hold harmless Ash Cebulka LLC, its employees, and contractors from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the retreat.
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance for all retreats that involve travel or accommodation.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, or global events). In such cases, you will be offered a credit or transfer to a future retreat.
